Pilot Mountain State Park

Pilot Mountain State Park is a state park located in Surry and Yadkin Counties, North Carolina. It covers 3,870 acres and includes the distinctive 2,240 foot peak of Pilot Mountain.

The park offers a lot of activities, including:

camping (49 campsites);
fishing (in the rivers);
canoeing;
environmental education;
picnicking (three picnic areas with pit toilets);
hiking;
rock climbing (staff, special equipment).
